Comfort Service

This week at New Hope, Denise opened our Christmas series His Story with a message of comfort, hope, and transformation for those navigating a difficult season. Looking at the story of Hannah in 1 Samuel, she showed how God meets us in our deepest pain and invites us to bring our grief, fear, and unanswered questions directly to Him. Denise reminded us that God is a God of radical reversals—the One who lifts the lowly, restores the brokenhearted, and uses even our hardest seasons to shape us from the inside out. As the church wrote their burdens on ornaments and placed them on the trees, she encouraged us to trust that God sees every tear, fights for us, and is already at work bringing hope out of the mess.
