Jesus King

This week at New Hope, Greg continued our Christmas series His Story with a message centered on Jesus as more than a baby—Jesus as the King of Kings. He contrasted the world’s idea of power and authority with the upside-down kingdom Jesus introduced, marked by humility, love, and surrender rather than dominance. Through the Christmas narrative and the story of Israel’s desire for a king, Greg challenged us to consider who truly rules our lives—God, or ourselves. The message reminds us that while we are free to choose our own way, lasting peace, joy, and purpose are only found when we bow to Jesus as King and allow Him to transform us from the inside out.
