Jesus the Bridge

This week at New Hope, we marked an exciting milestone as Sam Duerden shared his first message as Lead Pastor, launching a brand-new series titled Bridges. In his sermon, “Jesus the Bridge,” Sam explored how Jesus stands between God and humanity, making a way where separation once existed. He reminded us that Jesus doesn’t just connect us to God—He invites us into restored relationship, healing, and new life. This message set the foundation for the series by pointing us to Christ as the only bridge that truly holds, calling us to trust Him fully and walk confidently into all that God has for us.
