Anchored

In this week’s message at New Hope, Denise opened our Vertigo series with a sermon titled “Anchored.” She reminded us that in a world that often feels disorienting, we need a steady anchor for our souls—and that anchor is the hope we have in Christ. Drawing from Hebrews 6 and other scriptures, Denise contrasted the false anchors we often cling to, like success or possessions, with the unshakable security of God’s presence and promises. She challenged us to move beyond the “shallow end” of faith into deeper relationships with God and with others, encouraging everyone to get anchored through community and life groups.
